The charges were fair, and they even left the area spotless when they were done, making it seem like they were never there. Just two days later, and for less than a third of the other estimate, I got a beautiful new faucet that works perfectly. I didn't need any of the costly items that the other plumber suggested. Bentley and Jalen kept in touch with me throughout the process, arrived when they promised, and truly cared about my plumbing worries. They stuck to their quote, and to top it off, Bentley even helped me lift a heavy item in my backyard just because he’s a nice guy. I had a water leak from my garbage disposal this morning. I tried reaching out to my usual plumbing service, but they were fully booked. So, I decided to call Anthony Brothers Water Heaters. They were really friendly and could fit me in at 2 PM today since I already had the new disposal ready. Then, they called me around noon to let me know they could come even earlier. Jalen and Colin arrived and got the job done super quickly. They were very professional and even fixed my retractable garbage can holder when they finished. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs. Now I have two great plumbing companies to contact in Fort Lauderdale when necessary. I appreciate the quick and outstanding service and for fitting me in today!

I was recently contacted by a representative from Anthony Brothers Water Heaters after I reached out through my insurance's Sewer Line Protection program. We had a drain line issue from our cleanout to the sewer that I first noticed a while ago. I rented an auger and managed to remove some tree roots, which helped the water flow better. Last weekend, I had a different plumbing service come out and they quoted me a very high price to dig up and replace the entire drain line, stack, and even cut into the concrete basement floor to install PVC. They pointed out that the line was charged, the stack was crooked, and there were some leaks. They also mentioned issues with the foundation and sinking areas in the yard due to the drain problem. I'm looking forward to getting a second opinion and a competitive quote from Anthony Brothers Water Heaters, which I hope will be covered by my insurance. The great news is that I received a call within 10 minutes of filing my claim with my insurance, and they quickly set up an appointment for tomorrow. I will keep you updated as things progress!

The office staff was responsive to all my inquiries, and even their answering service was thorough and professional. Keith did an exceptional job with the installation. The work was professional, and he made sure to leave the site spotless. It's such a relief to have hot water again! I can't recommend them enough!
